What political system describes the UK at present?

What political system describes the UK at present, as it could be argued that during the Liberal Democrats rise it was a three-party system. But whilst they have fallen from popularity, there is the rise of the SNP. However, Labour and the Conservatives are only parties at current that usually win enough seats to form a government, so could the UK system be described as a two-party system/dominant party system?
