i need help and solving this problem

find the perimeter of the parallelogram
 
 
 
 
12inches         14 3/4 inches    18 1/3 inches
 
 
 okay sorry bout that i'm just getting frustrated with this problem

Hi Richard;
Why are you providing three measurements:  12 inches, 14 3/4 inches and 18 1/3 inches?  We only need two to establish perimeter:  length and width.
