Anida, the trick with graphing sine and cosine is to make each look the same and change your labeling.
If your amplitude is 3, then it will go up to 3 and down to -3.
B is pi, but C is -2 because of the Bx - C. Subtracting the -2 gives us +2.
If the phase shift is 2/pi, then it starts just past 2/3, since pi = 3.14.
The period is 2pi/pi, or 2, so it should go up and cross at approximately 1 2/3, down, and start again at approximately 2 2/3. If you need to graph backward, it will go down, cross at approximately -1/3, up, and start again at -1 1/3.
