Hi Billy;
2x-y=9
Slope-intercept form is y=mx+b.
m is the slope.
b is the y-intercept, the value of y when x=0.
2x-y=9
Let's subtract 2x from both sides...
-2x+2x-y=9-2x
-y=-2x+9
Let's multiply both sides by -1...
-1(-y)=-1(-2x+9)
y=2x-9
m=2
b=-9
