This question is teaching you how to use the distributive property. You may know that by order of operations, you would simply find what's in the parentheses first then multiply that by 7 (11+6=17, 17x7=119)
However, this wants you to break things down a step further so that later you know how to use distributive property when you don't have like terms in parentheses.
You're going to multiply the 11 by 7 and the 6 by 7 to get
(11x7)+(6x7)
Then you actually multiply and get
77+42
Finally, you add these together to get:
119!
