In neither your question nor the "Description" field did you give the specific "excerpt" from the poem whose "first four lines" you need to analyze, so there's no way to know what words are being repeated.
In the first four lines of the entire poem, no words are repeated, nor are any words repeated in the first four lines of any of the individual four "parts" of the poem, though the first four lines of Part II come close by having the feminine pronouns she or her or the feminine possessive adjective her in each line:
No time hath she to sport and play:
A charmed web she weaves alway.
A curse is on her, if she stay
Her weaving, either night or day
A charmed web she weaves alway.
A curse is on her, if she stay
Her weaving, either night or day
The only other four lines in which I see definite word repetition are the ones that begin the last stanza of Part III:
She left the web, she left the loom
She made three paces thro' the room
She saw the water-flower bloom,
She saw the helmet and the plume,
She look'd down to Camelot.
She made three paces thro' the room
She saw the water-flower bloom,
She saw the helmet and the plume,
She look'd down to Camelot.
(And actually the initial She begins the following fifth line as well which I have therefore also given.) So perhaps this was actually part of the "except" you were assigned, I just can't be sure.
