sin(k•2pi+(7/6)pi) = -½ is true for any integer value of k because sine is a periodic function...which you learn in Trigonometry (full course).
 
By going around one whole extra revolution, after positioning the terminal side of the angle 7pi/6, you are at the same terminal position--one extra revolution.  This is equivalent to 19pi/6.
