asked 05/03/16write the first 6 terms of this sequence?
The example in my textbook is not clear at all, so if you don't mind also explaining how to do this so I may do the other questions on my own, that will be great.
an = an - 1 + 6, a1 = 9

an = an-1 + 6
a1 = 9
a2 = a1 + 6 = 9 + 6 = 15
a3 = a2 + 6 = 15 + 6 = 21
a4 = a3 + 6 = 21 + 6 = 27
a5 = a4 + 6 = 27 + 6 = 33
a6 = a5 + 6 = 33 + 6 = 39
