Think of them as x, y , and z.
x+1=y
y+1=z
x+2=z
These are all properties if they are consecutive integers.
Then you know that the sum of 2x and 4z = 5y+8
so 2x+4z=5y+8.
Then plug in the equations for y and z in terms of x:
2x+4(x+2)=5(x+1)+8
Solve for x and then you can find the other two integers too.
