This problem requires 2 equations.
If we use A for Ansley's miles and Z for Zack's miles,
A = 15 Z ( Ansley runs 15 TIMES as many miles as Zack)
A + Z = 192 miles ( Ansley's and Zack's miles must ADD up to 192.)
If replace A in the second equation with 15 Z (because A = 15 Z), will get
15 Z + Z = 192
Combine like terms: 16 Z = 192
Divide both sides by 16: Z = 192/16 = 12
So Zach runs 12 miles and Ansley runs 12 * 15 = 360 miles.
