how to find the complementary angel

31 2/5 . this is the only one giving me trouble for some reason I can't find the answer or I'm not doing it correctly . Any help would be great thanks.

Complementary angle to 31 2/5??? 

Complementary angles add up to 90 degrees.

 

If you change 31  2/5 to an improper fraction and then to a decimal...31.4

 

Now subtract.....  90 - 31.4 = 58.6 degrees
