it's not an equation, unless one of the negative signs was intended to be an equal sign

but you can simplify the expression by factoring and combining the fractions

2x/(x^2 -x-2) - 4x/(x^2-3x+2)

= 2x/(x-2)(x+1) - 4x/(x-2)(x-1)

=(2x(x-1) - 4x(x+1))/(x-2)(x+1)(x-1)

= (2x^2 -2x -4x^2 -4x)/(x-2)(x^2-1)

= (-2x^2 -6x)/(x-2)(x^2-1)

= -2(x+3)/(x-2)(x^2-1)

= 2(x+3)/(2-x)(x^2-1)
