There's really not enough information here to give you the answer the teacher is looking for.  I can give you some help, though.  

 

Thomas Aquinas (in his Treatise on Law) distinguishes between Human Law, Natural Law, and Divine Law.  In his understanding, Divine Law comes directly from God; Human Law is made by man and changes from time to time and place to place; Natural Law relates to the laws of nature, and is very close to Divine Law, but it's difficult to pin down.

 

So, if this question is coming from a Roman Catholic perspective, I would expect the answer to be True.

If I understand you question correctly then the answer is yes.  Divine law is the refection of Eternal Law found in the Bible - God's revealed Word.  The two divisions of the Bible, the Old Law and the New Law, point us toward reconciliation with God.  It directs us toward Christ and aims at an ultimate joy that is God Himself; while the other laws aim toward other goods.  It is because the Divine Law aims for God and not some other natural good that Divine Law is God's Eternal Law for human beings.
