The "polygon" happen to be a triangle in this case ... only three vertices given.
In order to stretch the figure with the scale factor of two,it's sufficient to multiply
all coordinate numbers by 2. We'll end up with a,b,c as is:
a(-4,2) b(2,6) c(6,4)
Now, just plot the points- 3 vertices - on, say squared paper/notebook.
Then join the the dots, the points a,b and c. There would be you triangle,
meaning the "polygon" after stretching etc.
