At this point in your school life, you'll be looking for the GREATEST COMMON FACTOR.
4x+2 has two terms each of which is a multiple of 2, so you can rewrite it as 2(x+1)
The GCF of 15x + 35 is 5 so you can rewrite it as 5(3x+7) ...I'm assuming you accidentally lost the "x"
The GCF of 8y + 24 is 8 so this = 8(y+3).
