You don't say what level of math you are in, but usually the word "marginal" means the rate at which something is changing, which in calculus is found by taking the derivative.
So I think this question is just asking you to find R'(100).
If you are not taking a calculus-based class comment back, as there are ways to estimate the slope of a curve without actually taking the derivative.
