Use the following criteria in hiring new employees.
1. Negotiate the lowest salary possible for each new hire. Hiring people with low numbers of years in the workforce makes this possible. Include commissions for employees who add to the profits of the corporation.
2. Carefully check references for the statistics of prospective employees. Look for proven results of adding profits to a company.
In short, keep salaries low, pay for performance, hire those with proven track records.
