solve for the variables

solve for the variables A through F using the digits 0 through 5. every digit should only be used once in each problem. A variable should have the same value everywhere it occurs and no other variable should have the same value.

1-A+A+A=A2
2-B+C=B
3-D*E=D
4-A-E=B
5-B2=D
6-D+E=F

OK, so I initially was thinking A was zero but then I noticed eqn 2 would only work if C was zero.  Then I tried 1, 2, 3 for A, so I arrived at that by trial and error.
