If there is chance of 25% rain on Saturday and 25% of rain on Sunday. Then what will be the chance of rain at each day of weekend ?

First of all, the question was "... what will be the chance of rain at each day of weekend ?".
So, it's 25% - as far weekend consist of two days (Saturday and Sunday), and, on each of these day a 25% rain is predicted - then the probability of rain on weekend would be just 25%.
 
In other words, chances that it will be rain on weekend are 25%. That's all we can claim based on the statements of the problem. Period:)
