Percentage of a Percentage is How much of the whole?

Question

An employee states that she spends 70% of her time taking care of owner's duties.  Of the 70%, she spends 35% of her time paying bills.  How much of the 100% of her time is spent paying bills?

Connie, the word "of" means to multiply, so 35% of 70% is .35(.70) = .2450, or 24.5%.
