Hi Shailey,
The number of CD's times the cost of each CD must be less than or equal to what you have in your wallet.
So, 11.99X < or _ 59.95 . . the line should be directly under the "less than" sign.
Now solve this as you solve any algebraic equation. . . If there is a remainder, you would have to disregard the remainder because you can't buy a piece of a CD. If it's an integer, that's your answer.
