HOW TO GET THE VALUE OF X IN A TRIANGLE WHEN IS GIVING ONE SIDE OF TRIANGLE 8

I have a triangle where they give me the value of 8 in hypotenuse  and asking me for the value of X. HOW CAN I RESOLVE THESE IF THEY JUST GIVING ME ONE VALUE

Is there a diagram?  If so, describe it.  Is it a right triangle?  (I am assuming so since right triangles are the only ones that have a hypotenuse). Do they give you the degrees of the other angles.
