Remember that velocity is speed and direction. So at the end of this question make sure that you find the speed in km/h of the motorcycle and that you tell me what direction it is going in.
Because we want to know how many kilometers the motorcycle travels in 1 hour, lets say that the motorcycle will travel x kilometers in 1 hour.
Thus;
75 km/1.5 hours=x km/1 hour
x= 50 km
Thus the motorcycle has been traveling at 50 km every hour which is the same as 50km/hr
Ans: The velocity of the motorcycle is 50km/hr due east.
