When 1 man works for 1 day, we call that 1 man-day of work.
When 40 men complete a job in 25 days, it takes them 40*25=1000 man-days.
If the 40 men start the job and work for 5 days, they have completed 40*5=200 man-days of work. There is still 100-200=800 man-days of work remaining for the remaining 25 men.
For 25 men to complete the rest of the job, it will take them 25*x=800 man-days. x=800/25=32 more man-days.
