i need a straight answer please

Question

how can i post graph so you can solve it for me and explain me how to get out the initial value of the relation and rate of change and the equation of the line?i really need an answer i have my homework still undone.

Here is an excerpt from my e-mail to WyzAnt dated 5/26/15 and the answer from Dennis:
