I am not certain how to create the images you need, but the questions are not hard to answer.
A triangle has three Medians. They are segments defined by a vertex on one end and the midpoint of the opposing side. The Centroid is the point where the three Medians meet. (You actually only need to mark two Median's to find the Centroid, the other one will line up exactly with that intersection.)
The slope of a line is rise over run, m = Δy/Δx. A perpendicular to a line will have a related slope: m' = -1/m.
That can be called:
The opposite of the reciprocal, or
The additive inverse of the multiplicative inverse
or, you can just tell yourself to "flip it and change the sign".
