Hi Marta,
Do you need to write a Shakespearean Sonnet? A Petrarchan Sonnet? The first place to ensure your understanding is with the strict form of a sonnet: its rhyme scheme and use of Iambic Pentameter. Then, it's all about brainstorming your ideas about the Spice Girls (?) followed by lots of cutting and pasting and revising. Do you know if you should be focused on the rhyme scheme, Iambic Pentameter, the content? The fact is that in Sonnets, the stanzas are typically divided for a specific pupose (i.e. the first stanza/the "Octave" can be introduce a problem, and the second stanza/the "Sestet" can solve this problem).
Please let me know how else I can help.
