i need help asap . a soon as possible with this problem, please! i need help . can someone solve it asap . it is really important i have a test tomorrow

Well, this is an algebra problem, but it is fairly intuitive:

If you have some amount of money, and after you are given a dime, you end up with a dollar, then you started with 100¢ - 10¢ = 90¢

 

Else, the algebra is:

x + 10 = 100

   -  10 = -10

x = 90.
