We know that zeroes are just the values of X that make that factor = 0
example: (X + a) = 0 so X = -a
so, for zeroes = 3,2,0 we just form the following factors:
(X-3)(X-2)(X-0) = X(X-3)(X-2) ! Now just expand
X * (X2 -3X -2X + 6) = X*(X2 -5X + 6) ! then multiply thru by the X
