Your function is equivalent to y = x²+9. To find an inverse, you need to interchange the roles of x and y.

So in your equation, it becomes x=y²+9. If you now solve for y, you have the inverse.....that is sqrt(x-9) =y. 

so F^-1(x) = sqrt(x-9).
