Ronald is 67 inches

and mean = 78 with sd = 8?? if so, then:

a) what's difference between mean and Ronald??

78-67 = 11 inches

b) 11 inches is 11/8 = 1.375 standard deviations

c) Ronald's z score = - 1.375

d) Ronald is not unusual in height
