The standard form of an equation is simply an equation in the form of Ax + By = C.
To begin, you have 2 points and a slope. Put this into the point slope form as specified below:
y - y1 = m (x - x1), this will give you y - 6 = 4/3 (x - 1/2)
Next multiply this out as displayed below:
y - 6 = 4/3(x) - 4/6, which you already have.
Finally, convert it to standard form:
4/3(x) - y = - 5 1/3.
This is essentially the same as multiplying both sides by 3 as well, which would be
4x - 3y = - 16
You can verify that this is correct by simply plugging in your point to ensure that 4(1/2) - 3(6) = -15, and it does, because 2 - 18 = -16
