You just need the use the Perimeter formula

Perimeter of a rectangle = 2(width) + 2(length)

Let width be the shorter side = 7 3/8

Perimeter = 32 1/2

You can use fractions or decimals to solve the problem

Perimeter - 2(shorter side)/2 = the longer side

I'll use decimals

32 1/2 = 32.5

7 3/8 = 7.375

Perimeter - 2(shorter side)/2 = the longer side

(32.5 - 2*7.375)/2 = longer side

(32.5 -14.75)/2 = 8.875

8.875 = 8 7/8 is the length of the longer two sides
