You can figure this solution out in different ways. The easiest way is as follows :
If there are 150,000 gallons to be emptied and it moves at a rate of 20 gallons per minute you could divide 150,000 gallons into 20 gallons to determine how many minutes it will take.
150,000 gallons/20 gallons = 7,500 minutes for 150,000 gallons to be emptied
And then to determine the amount of hours 7,500 minutes translates to, you can divide 7,500 minutes into the amount of minutes in an hour, which is 60 minutes.
7,500 minutes/ 60 minutes=125 hours
So the amount of time it will take to empty all of the gasoline is 125 hours total.
