The forces that will be acting upon it are acceleration due to gravity (downward force), normal force (opposite direction to acceleration due to gravity), and a horizontal force acting in the same direction as the headless horsemen's motion. We can also add a frictional force, for when the horsemen pulls the breaks on his horse.
