Write an equation in slope-intercept form for the line with slope 3/2 and y-intercept -7. Then graph the line.

I need help on figuring out how to write and graph an equation, please help me.

You meant   y = (3/2)x - 7   not   y = (3/2)b - 7
 
x      y = (3/2)x-7
---------------------
-4        -13
-2        -10
 0          -7
 2          -4
 4          -1
 
Note that I picked even values for x
This is for ease of graphing since this
causes the 2 in the denominator to
to cancel out giving whole number values
for y
