Maltodextrin is a polymer of glucose, so unless you need a precise value, it can be safely estimated to be close to the enthalpy of combustion of glucose, but since it's a polymer, you would express the units not in kJ/mol but in kJ/mol*unit. If you know the "length" of maltodextrin you used, you can estimate its enthalpy per mole.
