A = (nsr)/2, where n = number of sides, s = length of side, r = length of apothem

 

A = (10)(9)(10√6) / 2

A = 900√6 / 2

A = 450√6

Area of a regular polygon = (1/2)*apothem*perimeter    (are you allowed to use the formula ?)

 

With 10 sides of 9 ft each, the perimeter is just 10*9 = 90

 

Now, did you mean the apothem = 10*sqrt(6)  ??             ("10 (square root) of 6")

 

If so, then the area = (1/2)*10*sqrt(6)*90 = 450*sqrt(6)
