If you are asking about a class, specifically, then yes, you probably would both need to pay tuition.

 

If you are asking about a tutoring session, it depends.  Many tutors here (myself included)  offer discounts and/group rates for siblings, which  I'm sure would happily be applied to a couple.

Some teachers have group rates that are less than their regular individual rates.  You need to ask the teacher if there

 

are special group rates.  The rate should already be with the teacher's information.
