Hello, I would double check the numbers first, they seem a bit odd for this problem.

 

first you need the Z score for 38 which is    (38-5)/7 = 4.71 .... using the Normal Distribution table (depending on the version you have) you should realize that basically the entire normal curve is the left of this Z which means that P(x>38) = 0
