Standard form means that we have the x and y terms on one side of the equation. The constant terms are on the other side. It will look like this:
Ax + By = C
Multiply both sides of the equation by 2.
2y = 7x + 1
Subtract 7x on both sides of the equation.
-7x + 2y = 1
