A projectile is fired with a horizontal speed of 25 m/s from the top of a mountain of height 110 m. What was the range and time of flight of the projectile?

4.9t² = 110

 

t² = 110/4.9

 

t ≈ 4.74s

 

range = 4.74 * 25 = 118.5 meters
