Listed below are the duration (in hours) of a simple random sample all flights of a space shuttle program.

Find the range, variance, and standard deviation for the sample data.

  Is the smallest number much smaller than all the others or around the same?
  These are durations of a space shuttle flight. So with that in mind, what can you say about the smallest number.
