I need to solve for L and g

T=2π(L/g)^1/2

Divide both sides by 2π
 
T/2π = (L/g)^1/2
 
Square both sides
 
(T/2π)2 = L/g
 
You can then get L by moving the g
 
L = g*(T/2π)2
 
And get g by dividing by (T/2π)2
 
g = L/(T/2π)2 = 4Lπ2/T2
