803 - 534 = 269, 414 - 145 = 269, 477 - 208 = 269; therefore, take any two numbers whose difference is 269. For example 440 + 269 = 709, so another pair of numbers that follows the rule is 709, 440. Do this again for a second pair such as 52 + 269 = 321, so a second pair of numbers that follow the rule are 59, 321. Hope this helps!
