Is it 5/x²+5 or 5/(x²+5)? In the first case domain is (-∞;0)∪(0;∞) or simply all x≠0. In the second case domain is all x∈R. 

 

In the first case the range is from 5 to infinity, 5 not included; (5;∞). In the second case, the range is (0;1].
