This is to simplify. Everyththing under the radical should be inscribed in a parenthesis.

√(5 x25 /64X4) = √(5X21 )/8 =x10 √(5X)/8.

  You can multiply and divide radicals, i.e. √a . √b =√ab  , √a/√b = √(a/b)

   Division of exponents with same base results in base with exponents diffrerence of 2 exponents.

i.e, am / an = am-n      √(a 2n ) = an       √ (a2n+1)= an√a

Do you mean by all squared, that whole expression is squared, in that case

 

(√(5X)/8 )2 = (5x)/(64)
