I need the distribute property for -3(a-2b) -4b and 1/2 (16-2x) PLEASE

If I'm reading this right, it should be:

 

-3a + 6b - 4b, which simplifies to -3a + 2b

 

and the other would be:

 

8 - x

 

I know you're in a hurry, but do you see how I got those?
