You didn't tell us what the problem is, but I'm guessing you want the expression factored.

 

      4x³ + 28x² + 7x + 49

 

      (4x³ + 28x²) + (7x + 49)

 

Factor the greatest common factor out of the terms in each set of parentheses:  that would be 4x² out of the two terms in the first set of parentheses, and a 7 out of the terms in the second set of parentheses:

 

      4x²(x+7) + 7(x+7)

 

      (4x²+7)(x+7)
