Hi Maleeha,
Let's consider each problem in turn:
Problem #1 (avg. cost per pkg.):
$80.64 / 12 pkgs. (1 doz. = 12 pkgs.)
avg. cost per pkg. = $6.72
Problem #2 (# of pkgs.):
($11.52 / 2.88) x 3 (3 pkgs. = $2.88)
# of pkgs. = 4 x 3 = 12
Problem #3 (express decimal as fraction):
25.25 = 25 1/4 (25/100 = 1/4)
25 1/4 = (25 x 4 + 1) / 4 (convert to fraction)
25 1/4 (mixed #) = 101/4 (improper fraction)
Problem #4 (number line):
0 (0 will ALWAYS be 0 units away from 0)
Thanks for submitting these questions and glad to have been of help.
God bless, Jordan.
